UPDATED FAR/BAR CONTRACT INFORMATION
First Week in July:
New FAR/BAR contract is posted on www.floridarealtors.org, a separate sheet explaining the changes will accompany the newly released form.
Friday, August 27th:
Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee will hold a 90 minute program covering the changes in the form. All are welcome to attend.
Saturday, August 28th:
A CE contracts class will be held on Saturday of convention on how to properly fill out the form.
It is anticipated that both forms will remain available through the fall to ensure the membership has an opportunity to learn the new form and incorporate it into their business practices.
