NEW FLORIDA REALTORS / FLORIDA BAR CONTRACT
The PDF versions of the new Florida Realtors/Florida Bar Purchase Contract, As-Is Contract, and Comprehensive Rider (formerly known as the FAR/BAR contracts) have been posted to the Florida Realtors webpage at www.floridarealtors.org . The specific link is:

Accompanying the contracts are summaries of the changes to each form. One highlight is the addition of a “Short Sale Approval Contingency” to the Comprehensive Rider. Please note the current form will remain available until early fall to ensure members have adequate time to be familiar with the new forms. The new forms are not yet available in electronic format but will be by early July.
