ABOUT THE SOUTHEAST FLORIDA MLS
REALTOR® Association of Miami-Dade County MLS Participants have access to MLS information from the Southeast Florida MLS which includes all associations in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. A data sharing agreement with RMLS (Regional MLS in Palm Beach) brings the total active listings available to over 70,000. SEFMLS is the largest MLS group of associations sharing their listings through one vendor in the State of Florida. Interealty, the vendor supports MLXchange and our association has enhanced the MLS by adding the popular Realist Premium Tax product. Member listings are featured, at no additional cost, on many different world renowned websites.
